'Off Site' Training
Courses:
ACT! Level 1 Workshop
This course
is designed to give new users a basic working knowledge
of ACT!
The course will enable users to perform typical
day to day contact management functions
including creation of new records, activity and
calendar management, searches etc.
On completion, delegates will feel confident in
using the systems functions and will have gained
an understanding of how they work, allowing them
to use ACT! in a way that is most appropriate
for their business.
Please refer to the course
syllabus
for
further information.
ACT! Level 2 Workshop
This course has been designed
to provide a more advanced knowledge of the
system, introducing the management,
administration and reporting functions. This
course also addresses the lower level technical
aspects of the system including configuration
and internal user support.
The course is appropriate to those who wish to
gain more from the system and perhaps derive
greater business value from its flexibility in
terms of reporting, communication, marketing and
sales pipeline management.
Upon successful completion of this course,
delegates will have the confidence
to set up the ACT! system in a
working environment and provide a first line of
support to local users.
Please refer to the course
syllabus for
further information.
Please note - half day courses are
available to Midland workshops only.

On
Site (Company
Specific) Training
Our approach to ACT! training reflects our
recognition that all organisations wish to
use ACT! differently. In order to maximise
the benefit of the
solution within your business,
it is necessary to centralise the
configuration around your own processes.
We prefer to work with you and your colleagues to
help establish the right configuration and
establish some 'best practices' for using the system as part of a
more interactive training session.
Dedicated training sessions can be held either at your
premises or our own training facility in The
Midlands.
Notes
Bluebird provide both
ACT!
6.0 and
ACT!
Professional/2007,2008,2009/Premium
training courses.
The abovementioned 'staged' training
packages are typically provided on a half-day basis
but may be combined to create a broader based 1 day session. Essentially, we want
to structure the training around the requirements
of your staff and your business.
There are no charges for travelling/subsistence
where training is to be conducted at customers’
premises within a 30 mile radius of our headquarters
in Burton on Trent.
If you would like to talk through the training
in a little more detail, or discuss your specific
requirements please contact us at your convenience.
