Site bookings... Please note that these
procedures refer to general Gradbach Scout Camp Site bookings at times other
than Border Hike weekend. Click here for
details of how to make Border Hike bookings.
Booking forms should be
completed and returned to the camp booking Secretary enclosing SAE. If booking
indoor accommodation, deposit is also required (see note below).

Buildings: A booking will be
considered firm on the receipt of the deposit of one third of the total cost of
the booking, with the balance to be forwarded two months before the date of
arrival. All money is returnable if at least 4 weeks notice of cancellation is
given. All provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing within three weeks.
At weekends the minimum period of hire is two nights.
The latest departure is Friday midday
for mid week bookings and 4:00pm Sunday for weekend bookings. The earliest incoming
time at a weekend is 4:30pm on Friday.
