So how does it work?

1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from House-Watch.co.uk with further details and a questionnaire for you to complete. This is so that we know enough about you and your property to provide the level of protection that you and your family deserve.

 

2. Our trained technician will visit your property and carry out a security review. He will make any further recommendations that we feel might help us to maintain a secure environment around your home more effectively whilst you are away.

3. Our technician will fit temporary coded ‘stations’ around your property. These stations carry a unique id and are tamperproof, small and discreet. The stations will enable us to track and report on the visits of our security patrols to your home.

 

4. Depending upon your subscription package, our technician will install a temporary wireless state-of-the-art alarm system with remote monitoring capability.

 

5. You can now jet off on holiday or your business trip, safe in the knowledge that House-Watch.co.uk security systems and trained personnel are protecting your property (for as little as £39.95 - see package prices)

 

6. At random intervals during the day and night (according to your subscription package), our uniformed security patrols will visit your property and carry out a security inspection. Please note that all our security officers are fully trained and accredited in accordance with the 'Security Industry Authority' licensing laws in force from March 2006.

 

7. Our security officers will use handheld electronic data collectors to ‘read’ the stations at your home. This process collects a date and time ‘stamp’ which, together with the unique station ID, enables us to monitor checks to your property.

8. The security officer will return to his vehicle and place the data recorder in a ‘GSM Uploader’. This will connect to the internet via the mobile phone network and transfer the information about the patrol visit to your property back to our control centre.

 

9. Our control centre systems will receive the information, record all security checks against your account in our database and send a text message to your mobile phone to let you know that all is well with your property.

 

10. You can continue to relax with the peace of mind that your property is safe and secure.

» We will securely store a spare set of your house keys and make these available to you in the event that you lose your keys or need to provide access to your property when you cannot be there yourself.
» You can receive daily SMS (text message) reports on the secure status of your property whilst you are away on holiday or taking a short break.
» Our Gold and Platinum packages include the temporary installation of state-of-the-art wireless alarm systems, but you can also buy a brand new wireless alarm system from £399 fully installed.
» Not only will our professional security teams check your intruder defences, we’ll also look out for gas leaks, fire alarms and any other kind of incident that may present a threat to your property.
»We can remotely monitor your alarm systems using the latest wireless communications technology to maintain constant awareness of the security status of your property.
» Our patrols will make regular checks of your property at random times during the day and night. We're on call and on patrol 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
» Not only can we send you daily text messages, we can provide detailed reports that tell you when our security patrols visited your property and whether any incidents or 'threats' were recorded. Reports may be delivered by email or paper copies delivered.
» We compile detailed incident reports that will assist you with any insurance claims that may become necessary. This isn't simply for intruder damage, it might also include damage as a result of water or gas leaks for example.
